Very impressed by both the company (everyone I interacted with from office staff, to Adam who quoted the job, to the installation team) and the product. Whole house of large windows installed over the course of a week replacing existing windows, very little mess apart from dust. Good quality product worth the wait for the frames to come from the UK. There was a defect with a couple of the window inserts (locally manufactured) that was promptly addressed and replacements installed. Very high standard of workmanship and communication is first rate. The double glazing has made a noticeable difference in both temperature regulation and noise control.

We had our windows installed today by two skilled professionals - Mitch and Simon. They arrived on time and did a very good job. Left our rooms clean and tidy. We are very happy with the look and a big improvement to our home. Thank you both.

We had a fantastic experience with Nu Eco Windows. Adam was friendly, professional and helpful when he visited to measure and provide a quote. The installers also did an excellent job fitting our new attic window, completing the work with care and attention to detail. The finished window looks fantastic and has made a wonderful addition to our home. We could not be happier with the result and would gladly recommend Nu Eco Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service.

We got all our windows replaced with double glazed windows from nu-eco. We're happy with the quality of the windows and options they had available. One thing that is the most outstanding is their customer care. They were super friendly and explained everything well. Anytime something was a tiny bit strange, we called and someone came the next day to fix it or have a look.
All their employees are extremely friendly, considerate and helpful.

I have had three projects completed by Nu-Echo. They are a trustworthy, efficient, and cost-effective service, and they are the best in the market. They always arrive and perform repairs promptly.

Had Adam come up for a measure and quote. From the first phone call he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Answered all my numerous questions without hassle.

He arrived on time for our appointment, did a comprehensive measure and spoke about the window design. He also had samples with him to showcase their product. No hard sell and had my quote later that day.

I can't fault the customer service provided by Adam. Great assest to the company.

Everyone involved in this order was a pleasure to deal with.
A salesman that didn't give me the hard sell and was happy to give me multiple options to mull over with no pressure.
Office staff who addressed all my questions promptly.
The installation crew who were very polite, always checked with me before making anything final, left the place clean and tidy.
This is my second time using Nu-Eco and while I have no plans to ever move house again if it should ever happen they will be my first choice for new doors & windows.
