Answered all my numerous questions without hassle. He arrived on time for our appointment, did a comprehensive measure and spoke about the window design. He also had samples with him to showcase their product. No hard sell and had my quote later that day. I can't fault the customer service provided by Adam. A salesman that didn't give me the hard sell and was happy to give me multiple options to mull over with no pressure. Office staff who addressed all my questions promptly. The installation crew who were very polite, always checked with me before making anything final, left the place clean and tidy. This is my second time using Nu-Eco and while I have no plans to ever move house again if it should ever happen they will be my first choice for new doors & windows.Posted on Product Reviewjohn72 days agoWe have had our bedroom windows installed by Nu Eco windows in 2023 we only had 2 done to see how they went. We waited 6 months for install which was explained to us from the get go as they are made overseas. With my wife been European this was great as we were getting a product the same as in Europe. On the day of install it took a good 5 hours. Once it was done the installer told us they would be ordering a new window as the one they installed had a very tine 1cm scratch at the bottom which you would never see unless looking for it. This made us proud we went with NuEco windows. They swapped our window out a month later. We continued to use them for the 2nd bedroom and kitchen windows all up 4 windows 2024 The team were amazing. They spoke to us through problems they came across as the house is 20 years old and rectified it without fuss or extra charge. Needless to say its now 2026 and we are about to call them to come quote our last 2 windows. The team really know what they are doing we had a number of reps from other businesses come out and try the hard sale and push and didn't really know their product well NuEco was the complete opposite. I had the entire house done with multiple windows and doors put in, a major investment for me and their entire team treated it as such. Meticulous and considerate sales and product selection, incredibly efficient, clean and careful installation and diligent and exact snagging rectification, I cannot recommend these folk enough. The process took several months in total, with a tiny defect being picked up by the install team (I didn't even notice) and replacement parts being shipped in from overseas. The product itself is fantastic, absolutely transforming my house - brighter, quieter and in the autumn chill, much much warmer. We, very quickly became stressed and demoralised with their pushy approaches and heavy pressure to sign up that day for discounts. Then, we contacted Nu-Eco, it was like a breath of fresh air from start to finish with their honesty and helpfulness. Leith, with his product knowledge and advice, was friendly and professional to deal with. The admin staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Andi came to measure up and explained the time lag for installation - the frames come from the UK. It was a pleasure to watch the installion team working and supporting each other, explaining the locking mechanisms to us and doing an extremely good job, plus a meticulous clean each day. From sales to finish, a very satisfying process from a very professional company. A great quality product and value for money. Primary reason for new windows was the cold (1970s build with windows that had a thickness of 3mm), secondary was the noise on a busy main road. Windows were replaced end of February, so yet to test in a Melbourne winter but from a noise perspective I’m sleeping better. I'm surprised at the major (positive) difference that the windows have made to how my house looks. Everything from the communication, delivery scheduling, installation and final result was excellent. Nu-Eco created new window ledges to match the previous 1950s ledges in my house. They look great! We had the entire 1950's house re-fitted and it has made a huge difference to the heating/cooling and noise reduction. We live on a busy street, and the windows block out everything. Posted on GoogleMatt Jorgensen296 days agoIt is difficult to choose a double glazing company - they all seem to have great reviews. However, I could not recommend Nu-eco more. This year I replaced all the windows in my house in two stages. My only regret is that I did not do the first stage with Nu-eco. Whilst the actual windows the other company installed are good quality, I had issues with installation, the installation process and communication. By contrast, nu-eco impressed me with their professionalism and communication through all stages of the process from quoting through to the install. In particular, the professionalism and efficiency of their installation team is worth particular praise. They installed a new door plus numerous windows in what amounted to half a day, and were friendly and courteous when doing so. Moreover on the install day it was my wife who was home - and she felt entirely comfortable with the install team. It is a shame this even had to be said, but I think many of us have had the women we care about report being made to feel uncomfortable by tradespeople, so I wanted to call this out as another big plus for nu-eco. Their product is able to replicate the aesthetics of my miners cottage with the addition of decorative horns on awning windows to simulate the look of the old double hung sash windows I had. The service I received from Adam, Andy and the rest of the team was absolutely outstanding and they were endlessly patient as I worked through designs and were happy to help explain concepts and ideas to someone undertaking a DIY renovation. I had a three quotes and this company had a superior product for the same price, if not a bit cheaper. We wanted a fancier style front door with lead light which no one else was able to do. Before they came I ripped the external walls down and insulated, which helped, however after they installed the windows and doors our house became a cocoon. We have had them about two month or so and we haven’t had to use the cooler or heater once. According to the screen door people who came afterwards, the work is ‘millimetre perfect’ - they asked who had done it and said ‘that figures’ when I told them. Both the sales team and install team were very professional and thorough in their approach and clearly take great pride in their work. The estimates given as to timing also turned out to be spot on. They perform well above expectations. I mostly dealt with Leith from sales, Stephanie from admin and Andy from installations. I wanted to make the best decision when investing in double glazed windows. I got quotes from 3 companies and went through the glass and frame specs very carefully to ensure they were all comparable. I read a report from some professors at RMIT University about double glazing and sustainability and then I sent a set of questions to Leith from Nu Eco and the other double glazing company that I was considering. Leith gave a very detailed but understandable response to my questions. He also helped me through the difficult process of getting Owner’s Corp approval for my project. His assistance was invaluable Whilst awaiting installation I had a change in financial circumstances and had to ask for the installation to be postponed. Stephanie spoke to the GM of Nu Eco and this extension was approved. Absolutely no pressure was applied to me during this difficult time. Andy foresaw and solved issues before they arose. His workmanship was impeccable. My home is warm, quiet and secure now. The quality of the windows is excellent and superior to the Ecostar product (we previously used Ecostar to update some of our windows). Leith was professional and did not use pressure sales tactics—there were no ridiculous discounts offered for signing up on the spot like those employed by Ecostar. The only disappointment was the quality of the timber surrounds, which required a significant amount of work before being painted.Posted on Product ReviewChristine Lenghaus631 days agoThe double glazed windows perform better than I could have ever expected. The tilt and turn function allows the air to travel creating air movement (hot air rises and can actually escape to the outside when open). It's like having a see-through brick wall, not a gaping hole like my old windows which let all the inside heat escape in winter and stops much of the heat from even entering the house in summer. Recently I converted my car port into a garage and asked Nu-Eco Windows to install a double glazed door from my house directly into the garage. Again, the experience was excellent. Nu-Eco Windows are professional and their products and workmanship are of the highest quality. Whilst there is quite a long lead time for installtion, the company is upfront and transparent about this. My home is quiet and warm. I’m very happy. I live quite near an airport but I can’t hear any airplane noises when I’m inside now. My home isn’t draughty. I put the heater on for a little while and the room stays warm after I’ve turned it off. Everyone at Nu-Eco were excellent to deal with - experienced, professional experts in their field. The work was carried out professionally. The work site was cleaned on a daily basis, they were prompt, efficient and punctual. When a fix was required, an excellent solution was found. The quality of the product is very good, and the new windows have made a great difference to the temperature within the house leading to energy savings. The windows are also sound proof. We first met Leith on a rainy day in January and the process was communicated effectively, everything happened the way it was described and the result is simply fantastic. The day the new windows were installed we turned off our gas ducted heating and haven't turned it back on. Since then we've placed a deposit for the balance of the windows for the house. Thanks for the great product and servicePosted on Product ReviewSam1486 days agoWe decided to replace all our windows and doors in our 1948 house a year ago, and sought out numerous “eco friendly” windows installers and decided on Nu-Eco Windows as their product was more superior, our experience with their sales process was excellent, they were better technically informed, and they valued their product & business because they did not try to put pressure on us to sign up etc. We ordered double glazed uPVC for all our windows and doors and magnetic fly screens for our windows from Nu-Eco Windows. Leith the sales manager was very patient with us, answering all our questions over many emails and worked in his own time to look after us. Nu-Eco Windows are very busy with lots of jobs booked ahead, so we had to wait over 6 months and it was well worth the wait. Andy and his installation team did the whole house in 5 days instead of the anticipated 7 days, and they did not make us feel uncomfortable in our own house. We stayed at the house whilst they were working. They worked quickly and cleaning, and we had little cleaning to do at the end of the day when they left. There was hardly any dust and only some glass shards and fragments to vacuum up. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors. The house is much quieter now and we can’t hear the garage trucks on Fridays and to hear the birds and rain, we have to open our windows. We now have no condensation on our windows. It is great to be able to open the windows for fresh air without letting in uninvited guests. We can’t wait for the summer time as the house will be a lot cooler. Nu-Eco Windows were fantastic to deal with – from sales to installation to administration. Stephanie and Louise at administration were delightful and they kept us informed all the way. We can’t recommend them enough.Posted on Product ReviewTim G1532 days agoInstallation was hampered (significantly) by Covid - which also created some quality control issues with the Aussie providers of the double glazed glass units. But, aside from those issues, which were largely outside the control of Nu Eco, overall we were very pleased with the windows. The installation team were excellent, very quick, clean and efficient. Nice, personable guys too. They left no mess at all. The windows look really good. And despite having two tradie son in laws, who both told us we were mad and should have gone to Rylux for aluminium frames - We stuck to our guns and wanted British manufactured uPVC frames (We are ex pats and had uPVC windows and doors in our house in the UK and loved them) We were not disappointed. The frames, door and windows all look and perform perfectly. The house is so much warmer now in the winter and it’s so quiet inside (we opted for the maximum acoustic reduction units) The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because, as mentioned, we did have a number of issues (4) with the double glazed units (cracked or faulty) - which we were told was because of the huge backlog in installations and the fact that the units were piled up in the factory. Nevertheless, quality control at the glass factory (here in Australia) wasn’t the best. Nu Eco never quibbled though. In fact, they pointed out 2 quite minor flaws that would likely have taken us a long time to spot (if ever) and the guys came back on several occasions to replace the faulty units. We are all good now and everything looks fantastic. My tradie son-in-laws are both blown away with how good they look. I then went back twice more until all the windows had been replaced and I am really happy with the product. When delays occurred during lockdown the team kept me fully informed which I was very happy with. Have definitely noticed a difference in the temperature inside our house since having them installed. Cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Also much quieter. No longer being woken up every morning when our neighbour starts his car outside the window. I liked the fact that the initial visit from the salesperson was quick and he gave us a definite quote with no haggling and annoying sales banter. Installers were quick and good clean up afterwards. The double glazing is brilliant and keeps the house at a stable temperature. There may be cheaper options around but I can highly recommend this product. It looks great and takes a beating from the sea air but is rust proof. Don’t hesitate. This is the best.
